Q: I have questions after researching the MINI range online, is there anyone from my local dealership I can talk to over the phone?
A: Yes of course. Please contact your preferred MINI dealership and they will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Q: There is a demonstrator MINI listed online that is perfect, can I talk to someone about test driving this MINI in the future?
A: Yes of course. Please contact the MINI dealership associated with the listed MINI and they will be glad to organise a test-drive of the car at a preferred time in the future.
Q: I have a MINI currently on order, when will it be delivered?
A: Please contact your MINI dealership and they can provide a status update for your car and when it will be available for delivery.
Q: Are MINI dealers and workshops still open?
A: Most of our dealers and workshops remain open. However, due to the constantly-evolving COVID-19 situation, please contact your preferred dealer to confirm their hours of operation.
Q: My MINI is due for a service; is it safe to visit the dealership?
A: Yes. We have increased the level of cleanliness in all areas of dealerships and workshops, including every area that you and your vehicle come into contact with. Our highly trained team wear specialised protective equipment when coming into contact with your vehicle. Additionally, we are sanitising all vehicles as part of the servicing process. Some of our dealers also offer fast lane service and/or pick-up and drop off service. Please contact your preferred dealer to discuss your service options.
Q: My MINI Service Inclusive package will expire this month but I can’t arrange a booking due to the impact of COVID-19. What can I do?
A: We’re with you in these difficult and unprecedented times. You can simply defer the service to a later date without any impact or any additional charge. If you have a MINI Service Inclusive package that has recently expired or is due to expire in the coming weeks, you will still be able to extend the package up to nine months after the expiry date via your authorised MINI dealer.
Q: Is MINI Roadside Assistance and Accident Management still available?
A: MINI Roadside Assistance and Accident Management is not impacted by COVID-19. You can still contact MINI Accident Hotline: 1800 808 111 for national support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
